Processing Time: Shipping process usually starts between 1-2 business days after your order is placed. For Pre-orders, shipping could take up 15 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: Once your order is produced and shipped:
- Belgium: 1-3 business days
- European Union: 2-5 business days
- North America: 3-5 business days
- Middle East: 3-5 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 4-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
